ABOUT THE SERVICE:
EOSS is aligned with the HSE’s New Directions Principles, which
include important elements such as person-centeredness, community
inclusion and active citizenship. In partnership with the
HSE’s Disability Services, the Extern Outreach Support Service
(EOSS) works with people with a disability or autism and who may find
it challenging to integrate into traditional social, educational or
community systems.
